The duration of a course depends on individual goals, language level, and the hours dedicated to learning. For example, students preparing for job interviews may complete their program in one or two weeks, while those preparing for university entrance exams may need one to six months.
Grammar-Master.com uses the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) to assess proficiency. On average, about 54 hours of instruction are required to progress half a level. Below is an estimate of the time needed to move through CEFR levels:

If you need to reschedule multiple lessons, please provide as much notice as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule, but changes depend on the teacher’s availability and the package validity period.
Can I split a lesson into two shorter sessions?
Lessons are designed to be 60 minutes in length to ensure the best learning environment and pace. Owing to this, splitting a single lesson into two shorter sessions may be possible in certain cases. However, this should be requested in advance and may depend on the teacher’s availability and the type of request.
What happens if I accidentally schedule a class at the wrong time?
Yes, lessons can be scheduled flexibly if the teacher’s availability permits. You are not required to have the same schedule each week, but advance planning is recommended.
What happens if the teacher cannot attend or misses the lesson?
If the teacher cannot attend or misses the lesson, you will be provided with one hour of free class that can be scheduled at any time within 60 days.
Can I cancel a lesson on the same day?
Lessons canceled on the same day are considered missed and cannot be rescheduled unless due to exceptional circumstances. Please contact us for further assistance.
What happens if I forget to attend my scheduled lesson?
If you miss a scheduled lesson without prior notice, it will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.
What happens if my internet connection fails during the lesson?
If you experience internet issues during a lesson and you cannot reconnect (because of your internet connection) the lesson will be rescheduled for a later time (in your package period) if the issue persists for more than 15 minutes.
What happens if the teacher’s internet connection fails during the lesson?
If the teacher’s connection fails, the missed time will be compensated by extending the lesson or rescheduling it at no extra cost for another lesson to be used within 60 days.
Can I extend my lesson package if I am unable to complete it in time?
Students can add more lessons in their packages at a discounted rate. Packages are valid for a fixed period and extensions may be granted in special cases, for example, adding more lessons in the same package period. Please contact us to discuss your request.
What happens if I don’t use all my lessons within the package validity period?
Unused lessons expire at the end of the package period and cannot be refunded or carried over unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
What happens if I have an emergency and can’t attend my class?
In the case of emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the teacher’s discretion.
What happens if I need to take a break from lessons due to unforeseen circumstances?
If you need to pause your lessons, please contact us to discuss options. In some cases, packages may be frozen temporarily.
What payment methods are available?
Grammar-Master.com accepts payments in cash (in select regions), local bank transfers in various currencies, and international transfers through Wise or Revolut. These options help reduce costs for students.

No, lessons cannot be reserved or confirmed until payment is made in advance. Availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis, and time slots may fill up quickly.
What happens if I schedule a lesson but don’t pay right away?
If a lesson is scheduled without payment, it remains unconfirmed and may be canceled if the slot is taken by another student. Ensure payment is made promptly to secure your booking.
How is lesson availability determined?
Lesson availability depends on the teacher’s schedule and open time slots. All bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s best to confirm your schedule as early as possible.
Do I need to agree to the terms and conditions before starting lessons?
Yes, by registering for lessons, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined by Grammar-Master.com.
Can I transfer my lessons to someone else?
Lessons are non-transferable and can only be used by the student who purchased the package.
What is the refund policy if I decide to cancel my lessons?
Refunds are made on a pro-rated basis. Normally, each lesson hour is €45.00 Per Lesson. If you attend 2 lessons, you are charged €45.00 * 2 =€90.00. If your package is €155.00, then we deduct €90.00 - €155.00 =€-65.00. You receive €65.00 in refund.
What happens if I make a payment but do not schedule lessons?
Payments must be used within the validity period of your package. If lessons are not scheduled before the package expires, the payment will be returned in full minus any transaction and bank fees.
What happens if I arrive late to a class?
If a student is late, the class will proceed with the remaining time. Extensions cannot be guaranteed.
Can lessons be scheduled on public holidays?
Lessons on public holidays are subject to teacher availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm scheduling.
What happens if the teacher is late or cannot attend?
If the teacher is late, the missed time will either be added to the end of the session or rescheduled. If the teacher misses the lesson entirely, you will receive a free one-hour session to use within 60 days.
Am I responsible for ensuring my internet connection during lessons?
Yes, students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. Missed time due to student connectivity issues cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
What happens if I violate the terms and conditions?
Violating the terms and conditions, such as abusive behavior toward teachers or failure to comply with payment policies, may result in suspension or termination of services without a refund.
